About me

I currently lead a global product design team based in London with designers and researchers in the UK, Australia and Canada. We provide B2B and B2C SaaS solutions for a customer base of 37,000 legal professionals across the globe.

My previous role was managing a US-based UX/UI design team responsible for enterprise web and mobile products at a tech company with 19,000 global employees and 300 million customers.

At my core, I'm a people person. I thrive when helping and learning from others, which has naturally evolved my role into that of a people leader. My favourite thing to do professionally is leverage my organisational skills to solve problems and make life easier for people.

I hold the Right to Work in the UK/do not require visa sponsorship.

What sets me apart

Instructional design background

My previous instructional design expertise influences my intuitive design approach, ensuring users can navigate a product without needing to be trained.

Brings order to chaos

I leverage my organisational skills to work through ambiguity, problem-solve, and strategise. I lean on available resources to effectively address challenges and maintain productivity. Especially for ambiguous tasks.

Player-coach leadership style

I've adopted a unique approach to management by adapting and flexing my leadership style to support the needs of my team whilst contributing IC tasks.

Outside of work

You can find me exploring the outdoors with my dog, trying restaurants or cafes, traveling to new places, and scuba diving.

My multiethnic background and diverse experiences have shaped me into who I am today. I've lived in various cities across the US, studied abroad in Spain, and currently reside in London.

Every year, I look forward to international trips to new destinations, fuelling my passion for learning about and experiencing different cultures and people from around the world.
